When you select eBucks as your payment method, we’ll send you to our eBucks page.

1. Click the eBucks logo to be redirected to the eBucks website, and enter your 4-digit PIN. If you don’t have a PIN, don’t worry; you can log in to the eBucks website and request that a PIN be sent to you via SMS.
2. Follow the instructions and click “Finish”. You’ll be taken back to kalahari.com, where you’ll receive your order number.

Please note: Part payments for eBucks is currently not available – ie. paying directly out of your FNB or RMB Private Bank Cheque Account via the eBucks Internet Payment Solution is not possible. If you need to top up your eBucks to buy on kalahari.com then you can purchase a kalahari.com voucher using your eBucks available and then pay with your kalahari.com voucher and top up payment in Rands using your FNB or RMB Cheque or Credit Card, please use credit card or EFT payment methods. Or you can purchase a kalahari.com e-voucher in the eBucks shop using both eBucks and Rands to redeem on kalahari.com. Go here to buy a kalahari.com e-voucher. What if I don’t have enough eBucks to cover my order?

Don’t worry, you can pay the rest with rands. There’s just one thing to remember: you can only use an RMB or FNB cheque account for this. When you’re logged in to your eBucks account during the payment process, select both your eBucks account and your RMB or FNB cheque account. Decide how much to pay from each, and complete the checkout process.

One important thing to note is that if you decide to pay for an order with eBucks, you won’t be able to earn eBucks on that order as well.
