Flowers, fragrances and hampers
While we will certainly attempt to accommodate same day and specific time delivery requests, these cannot be guaranteed. These delivery parameters apply to earliest deliveries only and other delivery days can be specified on checkout. kalahari.com will start processing your order when we receive your payment. Delivery is guaranteed within two business days after payment confirmation.
Exceptions
- No deliveries on public holidays
- No Monday deliveries on cakes and cupcakes
- Boxed roses – delivered Tuesday to Friday only, no same day deliveries

Local
- Pre-order products will be handled separately, and will be shipped when ready. If you have any pre-orders in your basket together with other products, it will be split into a different order, and you may choose a different delivery address for it. Free delivery only applies to a pre-order if the product is over R250.
- Dispatched within 24hrs – We offer a next working day delivery service on selected items in SA main centers only if ordered weekdays before 12h00 and if the total weight of an order is under 3kg
- 5 days – books
- 10 days – music & DVDs
- 6 weeks – products sourced from international suppliers
International
Depending on the destination and customs, international deliveries can take up to 12 weeks.
